Aarthi Thana

Aarthi Thana has a strong background in Human Resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Aarthi started their career at TUI UK Ltd as a Project Consultant from 2005 to 2006. Aarthi then worked at British American Tobacco as an HR Project Manager from 2007 to 2011. Aarthi joined Thomson Reuters in 2011 and held multiple roles including VP, HR Business Partner Technology Platform Services from 2016 to 2018, Head of HR Technology from 2018 to 2021, and Global Head of HR, Operations and Technology from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of People, Culture, and Transformation at ColCap. Aarthi Thana's experience covers various areas within HR, including strategy development and execution, business partnering, and project management.

Aarthi Thana attended the University of Sydney from 1998 to 2001. Aarthi obtained a certification in Prince 2 in 2010.
