Tawny Sandifer

Tawny Sandifer, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, currently serves as Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Columbus Community Hospital since July 2023. With extensive experience in nursing leadership, previous roles include Vice President of Nursing and Operations at Ascension Via Christi Hospital Pittsburg from June 2015 to July 2023 and CNO/Vice President of Patient Care Services at Capital Region Medical Center from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing a large team and overseeing a substantial capital equipment plan. Early career positions included Manager of Patient Care Services at Columbia Regional Hospital and various roles at University of Missouri Health Care, where responsibilities encompassed critical care management and staff development. Tawny holds both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Nursing Administration and Registered Nursing, respectively.
