Ebony Scott has extensive experience in public service and customer relations, currently serving as a Senior Licensing Tax Clerk for Columbus Consolidated Government since July 2000. In this role, Ebony assists the public with licensing inquiries, ensures compliance with various regulations, and provides business-related information to governmental agencies. Previous experience includes a position as a Sales Associate at Forever21 from May 2017 to September 2019, focused on customer care. Ebony holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Miller-Motte College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Strayer University, further enhancing expertise in the field.
