Tom Phelps

Tom Phelps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and enterprise performance management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Columbus Consulting International since June 2016, Tom Phelps leads a team that provides strategic insights and project delivery in retail systems. Previously, Phelps held key positions as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal from August 2013 to June 2016, and Chief Executive Officer at ClearLine Group from 2011 to August 2013, where the focus was on performance management and business intelligence. With a background that includes serving as Executive Vice President at Palladium Group and Technium, as well as founding ThinkFast Consulting, Tom Phelps has established a reputation in corporate performance management systems and has been recognized as a leading implementation partner of Hyperion Solutions. Tom Phelps holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.
