Patrick McStay

Patrick McStay is a seasoned professional in the soccer industry, currently serving in talent identification at The Football Association and as Director of The Heritage Project for the ECNL. Patrick's extensive experience includes roles as Head of Scouting and Recruitment for the Marshall Islands Soccer Federation, Director of Coaching and Business Development at Richmond Strikers, and various scouting positions with Football Federation Samoa and Cook Islands Football Association. Additionally, Patrick has worked with Columbus Crew as a youth academy talent scout and held a leadership role at Soccer Management Company. With an MBA from the University of Lynchburg and a BA in Management, Business, and Economics from Virginia Wesleyan University, Patrick combines academic expertise with a strong track record in soccer development and recruitment.
