Szymon Gruszka

Szymon Gruszka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management, sales strategy, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Executive Managing Director and President of the Management Board at Columbus Elite since September 2019, Szymon oversees company operations, conducts training for agents, engages in strategic consulting, and represents the company at industry events. Concurrently, Szymon leads GS Consulting, focusing on enhancing sales and personal leadership strategies for various firms. Previous roles include significant positions at FM WORLD HQ, where Szymon provided strategic consultancy and training across markets in Europe and Asia. Szymon's earlier experiences include reporting for Akademickie Radio LUZ, consulting for Politechnika Wrocławska, and co-organizing music festivals. Szymon holds a Master's degree in Political Leadership from the University of Wroclaw.
