Mark DiSalvo began their professional career in 2006 as the Wrestling Club Director at Cornell University. Mark then moved on to become the Assistant Wrestling Coach and Director of Summer Camps at Central Michigan University from 2007 to 2011. After that, they worked at Bandit Industries, Inc. as a Marketing and Aftermarket Partnerships professional from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they joined Terex Ecotec as a Product Specialist from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Division Manager at Columbus Equipment Company, starting in October 2016 and serving as the VP of Material Processing from February 2022 onwards.

Mark DiSalvo completed their education in the field of Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. From 2000 to 2006, they attended Central Michigan University, where they earned a Master of Science degree.
