Alexa Demarco has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Mooo.... under Columbus Hospitality Group since January 2006. Prior to this role, Alexa held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hopkinton Country Club from January 2003 to January 2006. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in 2003.
