Will Carpenter

Will Carpenter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social services, education, and employment support. Currently serving as Navigator II at Douglas County since October 2022, Will has also held the position of Manager of Middlesex Emergency Services at Columbus House, Inc since March 2016, where responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising staff while coordinating client services. As a CTIP Employment Specialist, Will successfully assisted over 50 homeless clients in securing stable employment and developing personalized job application materials. Additionally, Will has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Bridgeport since January 2017, focusing on effective teaching strategies in various subjects. Previous roles include internships and project management positions in organizations dedicated to poverty action and human trafficking awareness, alongside earlier teaching and volunteer coordination experience. Will holds a Master of Arts in Global Development and Peace from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Franklin Pierce University.
