Columbus operates three manufacturing facilities in the San Francisco area occupying more than 270,000 square feet and has the capability to manufacture a wide variety of products such as Finocchiona, Genoa and Italian Dry salame as well as premium deli meat favorites made with whole cuts of turkey, ham and roast beef.
