Demario Caldwell

DeMario Caldwell, MBA, has extensive experience in business development and engineering, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Columbus McKinnon since April 2014. With roles ranging from Sales Engineer to Application Engineer, DeMario has demonstrated expertise in evaluating applications, creating quotations, and maintaining professional relationships with OEMs and distributors. Additionally, DeMario is the owner of RTS Mobile Cigar Lounge and Ready to Travel Worldwide, LLC, providing unique experiences in the cigar and travel industries, respectively. Prior to these ventures, DeMario worked as an Engineer at Maverick Technologies and volunteered as an after-school tutor and basketball coach. DeMario holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology and degrees in Electrical and Wireless Engineering from Auburn University.
