Matthew Frazier

Matthew Frazier, MBA, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering for New Product Development at Columbus McKinnon since January 2021, Matthew has previously held leadership roles including Engineering Manager at Murata Machinery USA, Inc. in the Logistics and Automation Division, as well as Engineering Manager at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. Prior to these positions, Matthew worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Scott Safety, focusing on the development of breathing air systems, and as a Design Engineer at Boston Gear. Other notable experiences include roles at Schaeffler Group USA, Scott Health & Safety Tyco, and Chicago Pneumatic, where Matthew developed key skills in product testing, mechanical design, and cross-functional project management. Matthew holds an MBA in Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
