Daniel Peltz is an experienced leader in organizational effectiveness and education with a robust background in empowering individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as Executive Director of Organizational Effectiveness at The Columbus Organization since September 2021, Daniel focuses on improving business efficiency through the development and implementation of new policies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Previously, as CEO and Founder of Shift NJ from September 2012 to August 2021, Daniel established a successful company that provided comprehensive services to over 1,000 clients a month, generating annual revenues exceeding $3 million. Earlier in Daniel's career, a role as a high school history teacher and transition coordinator at New Alliance Academy involved developing innovative support systems for students with emotional special needs. Daniel holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in History Education, both from Montclair State University.
