Charles D. Hillman has over 20 years of experience in housing management and development. Charles D. began their career in 1992 as a Development Manager at Nelson & Associates, Inc. and later moved on to become a Development Manager at Cincinnati MHA from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2006, Charles served as the Assistant Director of Property Management at Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, where they achieved high occupancy rates and improved services for residents.
