Mandy Shaff, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various Human Resources roles. Mandy currently holds the position of Director of System Talent Solutions at Columbus Regional Health in Columbus, Indiana, where they provide strategic direction for the employment experience across the entire health system. Mandy'sresponsibilities include recruitment, retention, performance management, staff and leadership development, employee relations, legal/regulatory compliance, workforce optimization, and workforce communications. Prior to this role, Mandy served as the Director of Employee Relations & Human Resources Business Partner at the same organization. Mandy has also held the positions of HR Business Partner, Recruitment & Retention Coordinator, Nurse Recruiter, and Recruitment Specialist at Columbus Regional Health. Mandy's diverse HR experience includes core responsibilities such as employee relations, HR policy guidance, regulatory compliance, and performance evaluations, as well as supplemental responsibilities including HR departmental operations, HRIS implementation, compensation incentives, workforce planning, and benefit enrollment. Before their career in HR, Mandy owned and directed Christie's Dance Studio, L.L.C., from 1999 to 2014.

Mandy Shaff, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & HR Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned between 1999 and 2001. In 2010 and 2011, they completed a Master's degree in Management at Indiana Wesleyan University. In 2018, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program. Additionally, Mandy Shaff possesses certifications as an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in October 2015, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2012.
