Deborah Dallas Phr, Srhm-Cp

Deborah Dallas, PHR, SRHM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. Currently, Deborah serves as the Employment Coordinator at CRHS since June 1984, where responsibilities include recruiting, compensation, and HR policy interpretation, as well as managing worker compensation. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at Fieldcrest Mills Inc. from January 1973 to December 1982 as Secretary to the General Manager, assisting with reports, correspondence, and supporting the Personnel Director in filling vacant positions. Deborah completed education at SCC from 1999 to 2001.
