Meghan Hattaway

Meghan Hattaway is an experienced educator currently serving as the Upper School Dean of Students, English Department Chair, and English Faculty at Columbus School for Girls since August 2018. Prior to this role, Meghan was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at The Ohio State University from September 2007 to August 2018, where curriculum development and teaching large classes were key responsibilities. Meghan also acquired teaching and curriculum design experience while completing a doctoral degree as a Graduate Teaching Associate and University Fellow at The Ohio State University and previously at Florida State University. Meghan holds a PhD in 19th-Century British Literature from The Ohio State University, as well as an MA and BA in English Literature from Florida State University.
