Jack Gillard is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the food industry, currently serving as the National Sales Representative for Columbus Vegetable Oils since January 2015. In this role, Jack focuses on edible oils for various customers across retail, foodservice, and bulk sectors, with particular attention to retail chain customers. Previously, Jack held the position of VP of Sales at Pastorelli Food Products Inc, overseeing Industrial, Foodservice, and Retail divisions focused on prepared sauces, edible oils, and vinegars. Earlier experience includes roles as a Trader at Nico Trading and as an Investment Representative at Deutsche Bank. Jack Gillard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and graduated from La Lumiere School.
