Karen Upton

Karen Upton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Director of HR and Risk Management at RPM Group since June 2023, Upton has also been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker RPM since June 2009. Previous positions include Director and Staff Manager of Internal Audit at Windstream from June 2013 to November 2022, and Project Manager at Allied Wireless Communications Corp. from October 2010 to June 2013. Upton began a significant tenure at Alltel, where roles spanned 15 years and included positions focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as finance and accounting. Upton holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
