Hailey Guzman

Hailey Guzman has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and management roles. Hailey began their career in 2008 as a Conference Services Manager at Langham Hospitality Group and then moved on to work as a Sales Manager at Loews Hotels from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Hampshire House as a Catering Sales Manager before transitioning to the role of Director of Catering at Holiday Inn & Suites Boston/Peabody from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Hailey served as the Director of Sales at DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea. Most recently, they have been working at Colwen Hotels, where they held various positions, including Dual Director of Sales from 2019 to 2021, General Manager from 2021 to 2022, and currently as the Regional Director of Sales.
