Missy Madrid, graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Missy has worked at Sheraton Framingham Hotel and Conference Center from June 2009 to March 2020 in roles such as Group Sales Manager, Convention Services Manager, Accounts Payable/General Cashier, and Outlet Supervisor. Currently, Missy serves as the Director of Group Sales at Colwen Hotels since February 2021.
