Jenn Jung

Jenn Jung has work experience in two companies. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Data Solutions Intern at Energetics Pty Ltd, where they assisted in data analysis, data validation, and office administration. Then, from 2017 to present, they have been employed at Com2us Corporation. In this company, they initially worked as a Global Player Support, handling customer inquiries and providing training to new members. Later on, they became a Localization Manager/Community Manager, where they developed work guides, translated and analyzed customer feedback, and improved quality assurance by identifying linguistic bugs and errors.

Jenn Jung completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and English Literature from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, starting in 2012 and finishing in 2017. During that time, they also pursued an Intensivkurs in Deutsch at interDaF e.V. am Herder-Institut der Universität Leipzig from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they studied Sociology and English Literature at the University of Leicester starting in 2015, but their specific end year is not provided.
