Paul Gorman

Paul Gorman is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Foreign Expert in Operations at COMAC since August 2021, Paul previously held key leadership positions at Collins Aerospace from March 2018 to July 2021, where substantial achievements included directing operational strategy that led to a 35% improvement in on-time delivery and a significant inventory reduction initiative. Prior to that, Paul spent 25 years at Bombardier, where responsibilities included leading quality management for the C Series program in China and overseeing quality assurance for composite aero structures in Belfast, driving compliance and operational efficiency. Paul holds a degree in Business Studies from Ulster University.
