Krishan Sharma

Krishan Sharma is the Managing Director at Comaea Consulting. Prior to this, they were the Vice President at Mercuri Urval from May 2008 to March 2014. Krishan was responsible for targeted management consulting for people capacity building in Asia and Europe. From January 2007 to May 2008, they were an Adjunct Professor at SMU - Singapore Management University where they taught seven full credit management courses.

From August 2005 to January 2007, Krishan Sharma was the Vice President at Noble Group. Krishan was a key resource person for managing the world’s fastest expanding fleet of third-party ship management in the largest subsidiary in the number of people employed - Fleet Management Limited. From May 2003 to August 2005, they were the Vice President at I.M. SKAUGEN SE where they were a key resource person in making Norgas ASA - the largest commercially operating company - cost and service leader by managing its expansion in China. Norgas carried 65% world’s Ethylene transportation in the Maersk-Norgas Gas Carrier Pool and built 20 new Ethyele carriers in China during these years.

Prior to their work at I.M. Skaugen SE, Krishan Sharma was the Manager at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement from July 1998 to May 2003.

Krishan Sharma has a Ph. D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a B. Tech in Marine Engineering from the Directorate of Marine Engineering and Training, and an AISSCE in Science/Engineering from Navyug School Delhi. Krishan is also certified from the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.
