Rick Helms

Rick Helms has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Medical Social Worker at CHI. Rick then moved on to Creighton University, LiveWise Coalition, and Aetna, holding various roles in program coordination and provider relations. From 2015-2016, they served as an Administrator at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Most recently, Rick has been with Comagine Health, progressing from Operations Manager to Sr. Director of Operations, overseeing national operations and company-wide improvement activities.

Rick Helms holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Rick also completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Mental Health at Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, Rick obtained a Post Masters Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Washington University in St. Louis in 2021.
