Melissa Allen Lcsw

Melissa Allen, LCSW, has an extensive background in social work spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Clinical Social Worker in the Family Advocacy Program for the US Army since December 2012, Melissa has also held multiple roles at Comanche County Memorial Hospital since 1999, including Contract Therapist for Silver Linings Behavioral Health and Lead Social Worker. Previous experience includes positions as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Southwestern Behavioral Health Center and Director of Counseling Services at Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma, where responsibilities included overseeing the Social Work Services department and managing bereavement programs. Melissa’s early career involved assessments and treatment in mental health settings at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Cameron University.
