Rustin Riss is an experienced Application Engineer at ComAp Group since November 2023 and has been with Kelly Generator as an EGSA Master Field Service Technician/Trainer since October 2009. At Kelly Generator, Rustin conducts maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of both industrial and residential backup power systems, specializing in high voltage automatic switchgear and low voltage control systems. Rustin has achieved multiple levels of Generac Factory Certification and demonstrates strong self-direction and reliability in remote reporting. Previously, at Rocky Mountain Power Generation, Rustin managed a team of Field Service Technicians and maintained relationships with over 600 accounts, enhancing productivity by implementing paperless systems and GPS for service vehicles. Rustin’s career began at United Airlines, where extensive experience in aviation maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting was gained, along with management of flight deck operations and training of mechanics. Rustin holds an FAA A+P degree in Aviation Maintenance from Colorado Aero Tech.
