William Parsons

William Parsons is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as Chairman and Non Executive Director at ComAp Group since February 2016, and as a Consultant and Executive Coach at Saarena Consulting Limited since October 2013, Parsons has played significant roles in numerous organizations, including serving on the Advisory Board for the Cambridge Judge Business School since July 2006. Previous leadership positions include Chairman and Non Executive Director at Cambridge Network, Senior Independent Non Executive Director at Andor Technology, Vice President of Talent Development at CIPD, and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at ARM Holdings plc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BSc from the University of Bath, along with ongoing studies at INSEAD.
