Justyna Brunetti

Justyna Brunetti, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources operations, policy and compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Director I HR Operations, Policy & Compliance at Comarch. In their previous role at the American Red Cross, Justyna served as Director of Staffing and Learning Management, where they led various HR initiatives such as employee training and development, organizational restructuring, recruitment, and compensation appraisals. Justyna also worked as a Senior Manager in field staffing and as a Training Specialist, demonstrating their expertise in HR functions, interdepartmental projects, and employee management.

Justyna Brunetti, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Felician University and completed the P-3 Teacher Certification Program in Early Childhood Education at Montclair State University. In 2018, they attended the LEAD Leadership Education & Development Program offered by the American Red Cross in Washington, DC. Additionally, Justyna obtained the Certified Professional, SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in October 2016 and is a member of SHRM/PRO-SHRM. Justyna also holds certifications as an Instructor Trainer for First Aid/CPR/AED and for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers from the American Red Cross.
