Jani Rauhala

Jani Rauhala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jani started their career at PwC as a Senior Auditor in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Jani then joined Raute Oyj as a Controller from 2009 to 2011. After that, they worked at UPM-Kymmene as a Financial Controller from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Cargotec, first as a Group Controller and then as a Finance Development Manager. In 2019, they joined Comatec Group as the Group CFO, and they are currently holding this position. In addition to their role at Comatec Group, they have also served as a Board Member in various subsidiaries, including Comatec Mobility Oy, Comatec Industrial and Marine Oy, and Comatec Sweden Ab, starting from different years but all ongoing roles. Overall, Jani Rauhala has extensive experience in finance and has held various leadership positions in different organizations.

Jani Rauhala obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2004. Jani then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting and Finance at the University of Vaasa from 2004 to 2006. Recently, in 2020 to 2021, Jani completed the HHJ - Certified Board Member program at Kauppakamari / CBM.
