Udo Rieder

Udo Rieder has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Board Member/Advisor and President and CEO of ComAv, LLC since January 2023. Udo has been advising on aerospace/MRO M&A pursuits with AEROSPACE MRO ADVISOR since November 2017. Previous roles include Vice President of Technical Operations at Sun Country Airlines (March 2020 - July 2022), CEO of Sunvair Aerospace Group (January 2016 - October 2017), and President & CEO/Board Director at Erickson Incorporated (2008 - 2015). Udo also held significant positions at Bombardier Aerospace, Delta Air Lines, and American Airlines, focusing on engineering, logistics, and procurement. Udo began a career as an engineer at Bell Helicopter, specializing in flight test engineering on the V-22 Osprey, after earning a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
