Zainab Salahaddin Abdulrahman has over 15 years of professional experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Administrator at Comba Telecom since January 2018, Zainab previously held positions at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, including Senior Assistant and Administration Officer for the Contact Center, from January 2009 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Customer Service Representative at Emirates Airline from February 2004 to January 2008. Zainab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Emirates College of Technology, earned between 2013 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from The Westminster School in Dubai, completed in 2003.
