Laurie-Anne McCue is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations and service center management. Currently serving as a Senior MSC Technician at Netagen since December 2019, Laurie-Anne oversees the Managed Service Center and previously held the position of Sr. Network Operations Center Specialist, focusing on monitoring and engineering support for critical network elements, as well as addressing outages in Unified Communications and network routing specific to Avaya. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Telecom Analyst at The Minto Group from June 2008 to November 2019 and leadership as President of the Ottawa Chapter of the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) from 2014 to 2017.
