Diego Henicka

Diego Henicka is an accomplished tech lead with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a tech lead at Caf since August 2019, Diego has significantly contributed to structuring the engineering department and leading various teams through multiple projects, including the creation of a key transaction processing project for the company's global expansion. Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer, Diego played a crucial role in planning and developing infrastructure at Caf.io. In a short tenure at Smart Crono, Diego contributed to the SmartFrota app, which assisted drivers and companies across Brazil in locating tachograph stations, utilizing technologies such as Java, React Native, and Google Cloud. Diego's earlier experience includes serving as a Full Stack Engineer at Softvaires Informática Ltda., where Diego designed management software for over 100 companies across various sectors. Diego holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Universidade do Vale do Taquari - Univates and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Software Architecture at FIAP.
