Linnéa Fredrikson

Linnéa Fredrikson's work experience started in 2012 as the Global Recruitment Manager for Full-time Programs at Hyper Island. Linnéa then transitioned to become the Global Team Lead for Full-time Programs from 2014 to 2016, followed by the Head of Intensive Courses in Sweden from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Linnéa worked as the Business Area Manager for Courses at IHM Business School. Currently, they hold the position of VP Head of AI Enablement at Combient Mix, starting in 2021. In their most recent role at Hyper Island, Linnéa was the Global Director of Courses and also served as the Interim Head of Quality, overseeing course deliveries globally and managing the Swedish course delivery team. Linnéa held this role from February 2018 to October 2018, and was responsible for strategic planning, business growth, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Linnéa Fredrikson's education history includes attending multiple institutions and pursuing a range of fields of study. In 2008, they enrolled at Stockholm University and completed a degree in Personalvetare. Following this, in 2009, they attended Berghs School of Communication for a short period, where they studied Intro Reklam. During the same year, they also attended Hyper Island, where they focused on becoming an eCommerce Manager. Lastly, in 2015, they attended Berghs School of Communication again, this time studying Projektledning.
