Carol Louie has held a variety of roles since 2011. Carol began their career as a Property Administrator at Wesbrook Properties, where they assisted prospective tenants with the application process and processed final unit inspections. In 2012, they worked as a Grant Writer for Samrakshak Samuha Nepal (SASANE), applying for grants to fund women who were victims of human trafficking. In 2013, they took on an Intern role at the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre, where they assisted the Fund Development Coordinator in their administrative tasks. In 2014, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Volta Labs and as a Student at UIT Startup Immersion, where they also served as a Student Success Coach and helped with curriculum development and delivery. In 2015, they became an Assistant Robotics Instructor at Atekelab, teaching children aged 8-12 about technology. Since 2016, they have been a Lead Developer at Combinaut.
Carol Louie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Carol'story from The University of British Columbia between 2005 and 2009. Carol then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Economic Carol'story from Lund University between 2009 and 2011.
