Marc Needham has over twenty years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Marc began their career in 2000 as a Web Developer II at infoMedX. Marc then moved to Walt Disney Internet Group as a Producer, followed by Web Producer at optionsXpress. In 2001, Marc became the Principal, Technology at Shiny New Media, where they managed teams of developers and designers. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a Senior Software Engineer and Webmaster. In 2007, they joined Scripps Health as Corporate Director, Web Strategy and managed a $20 million capital project. In 2016, Marc became the Director of Market Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they managed the development and execution of the digital strategy for a $2 billion suite of products. In 2021, they joined ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services, Inc.) as Vice President Marketing, and then moved to Combinaut as Chief Growth Officer.
Marc Needham obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In February 2012, they received a Scrum Master CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance.
