Glenn Elmore

Glenn Elmore, M.B.A., currently serves as the AVP of Learning and Development at Combined Insurance, a position held since January 2015. Prior to this role, Glenn was an Assistant Sales Manager at Macy's from 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities included driving sales, ensuring adherence to reporting processes, and coaching both associates and executives. With experience as a Lead Coach at T3, Glenn supervised and mentored Naval Special Warfare Students from June 2009 to March 2013. Additionally, Glenn held the title of Lead Instructor at STS and served in various instructional capacities in the US Navy. Glenn holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Management Analytics.
