Campe Goodman is Senior Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Wellington Management Company LLP, where he manages diversified fixed income portfolios for institutional clients. His focus is sector rotation — asset allocation across the major fixed income sectors. Funds that he manages include the Hartford Strategic Income Fund and the Domini Impact Bond Fund. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2000, Campe spent four years at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology studying macroeconomics and finance in a doctoral program in economics. He received his AB in mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College (1995) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Campe has been an active board member of Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) since 2008 and served as JVS Board Chair from 2016-18. A past recipient of the CJP Young Leadership Award, Campe has held several volunteer roles with Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP), including a term as Chair of the 2006-07 Annual Campaign for the Young Leadership Division and co-leadership of CJP’s 2008 Summer Mission to Israel for young professionals. He has served on the board of the Jewish Community Relations Council’s (JCRC) and helped found their Reach Out! service initiative for young adults. Campe spent several years tutoring economically disadvantaged middle-school boys in Jamaica Plain. He has also served on the board of AJC New England and is an alumnus of the JFNA National Young Leadership Cabinet.
