Rachel Hecker

Rachel Hecker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Combined Metals Company, LLC since April 2021, Rachel previously held multiple positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Charter Dura-Bar from May 2016 to April 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Village of Lake in the Hills and as a Human Resources Assistant and Escrow Officer at Wyndham Vacation Ownership.
