Shikha Mohanty

Shikha Mohanty is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional with a strong focus on technology and healthcare. As a Co-Founder at CombineHealth since May 2024, Shikha is dedicated to merging human expertise with AI advancements to transform healthcare. Prior experience includes co-founding UpTrain, an open-source tool for enhancing machine learning models, and working as an Investment Associate at Leo Capital, where Shikha contributed to early-stage technology investments across India, Southeast Asia, and the United States. Shikha has also held investment roles at Riverwalk Holdings and FinStep Asia, as well as a business analyst position at HSBC, where Shikha significantly improved customer experience processes. Shikha holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
