Wita Murdiati

Wita Murdiati is an accomplished professional with significant experience in product development and innovation, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Product Development at COMBIPHAR since January 2012. In this role, Wita is responsible for developing and improving formulations for both dairy and non-dairy nutritional products, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating production processes for various product lines. Wita has a proven track record of successfully launching new products and reducing costs through innovative sourcing. Previously, Wita was a Senior Food Technologist at COMBIPHAR, where key achievements included implementing the Halal Assurance System and renovating a factory, and earlier experience includes recruitment and organizational development at PT. FIF Astra and performing internship duties focused on shelf life testing at Tudung Group. Wita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from IPB University.
