Domagoj Novak has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. In 2018, they served as a Summer Intern at Span. Domagoj then joined Iskon Internet d.d. in 2019 as an IT Support Technician. Later in the same year, they worked at Span as a Service Desk Operator. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Service Desk Specialist at Span. In 2021, they joined byterunner GmbH & Co. KG as a System Administrator, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Combis d.o.o. as a System Engineer.
Domagoj Novak earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Information Technology from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, starting in 2016 and graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Electromechanical school Varaždin from 2012 to 2016, studying Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. Domagoj has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - Certified 2018.
