Ivan Forenbacher has diverse work experience in the field of information and communication traffic. Ivan is currently working as a Network Engineer at Combis d.o.o. since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the Department of Information and Communication Traffic, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. Ivan served as an Assistant Professor from January 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher/Instructor from an unspecified date until 2021. Ivan also has experience as a Teaching Assistant from an unspecified date until 2016 and as an Associate from 2009 to 2010.
Ivan Forenbacher completed their education from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. Ivan earned a B. Eng. degree in Telecommunications from 2002 to 2009. Later, they pursued a PhD from the same university, specializing in the field of Hedonic modelling of cell phone plans price and quality, which they completed from 2010 to 2016.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Ivan has obtained various certifications. Ivan is a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and has achieved the Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core certifications from Cisco in 2023. Furthermore, they have also obtained the Ekahau ECSE Design Wi-Fi engineer certification from Ekahau in 2021.
