Jan Gošić has had a diverse range of work experiences. Jan'smost recent position was as a DevOps Engineer at Combis d.o.o. starting in May 2023. Before that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors and IT Manager at Mensa Croatia from September 2019 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and developing a developer-friendly system, providing transparent access to information, and automating processes. Jan also developed a new website using Docker, Node.js, Typescript, and React. Jan has also worked as a Private Tutor on a freelance basis since June 2014. In addition, they have experience as a Customer Relationship Management Consultant at CS Computer Systems from November 2022 to May 2023, and as a Support Engineer at UniqCast from November 2021 to November 2022. At UniqCast, they specialized in Node.js, Typescript, and Docker swarm service deployment. Prior to that, Jan worked as a DevOps Engineer and Software Engineer at MIPS d.o.o. from March 2021 to November 2021 and as an Information Technology Assistant, Sales Representative, Java Developer, and PL/SQL Developer at Hrvatski Telekom from November 2017 to January 2020. Jan also held various positions as a Student at Hrvatski Telekom d.d., Lagermax AED Croatia d.o.o., including Back Office employee, Promoter, and Telesales agent from August 2012 to May 2015.
Jan Gošić's education history has been primarily focused on the fields of Information and Business Systems, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, and Classical Gymnasium. In 2009, Jan began attending "Nadbiskupska klasična gimnazija s pravom javnosti," where they studied Classical Gymnasium and completed their degree in 2014. Following this, in 2014, Jan attended "FER" to pursue further education in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology for the duration of one year. Their most recent educational endeavor began in 2022, lasting until 2025, at the "Faculty of Organization and Informatics," where they pursued studies in Information and Business Systems. In addition to these academic achievements, Jan obtained the "C2 English - Cambridge English Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International (Advanced)" in November 2018 from Cambridge Assessment English.
