Maria Lehtonen

Maria Lehtonen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Combitech Finland since March 2023. Prior to this role, Maria held various HR positions at Novatron, including HR Specialist and HR Coordinator, from March 2020 to March 2023. Maria’s career began at Insta Automation Oy as an Assistant, and also included a brief internship at the Tampere Region Economic Development Agency Tredea focused on business development services and innovation. Maria gained early experience in the hospitality industry with Restamax Oyj, working as a waitress while also managing shift duties and accounting responsibilities. Academically, Maria holds a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences with a focus on local and regional governance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from the University of Tampere.
