Gabriele Ciorra is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel and restaurant management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Combo since January 2020, responsibilities include staff training, operational management, marketing development, and overseeing F&B concepts, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior roles include Resident Manager at NH Collection Fori Imperiali and Deputy Manager at nhow Milano, where Gabriele handled hotel management, cost controlling, and strategic planning. Earlier experiences encompass sales and marketing positions, including Global Account Manager at Klima Hotel Milano Fiere, as well as an IT System Analyst role at Santander Private Banking España. Gabriele holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and training as a Perito tecnico aeronautico from Lindbergh Flying School.

Combo is a bar, an event and art space, a radio station, a place where to spend your night, in private and shared rooms or apartments. But it is much more than this: it is a place for curious hunters to discover, create and celebrate sharing. Settled within the frame of historical Italian buildings in vibrant and dynamic neighborhoods, Combo is a meeting place for travelers and locals in search of a space to unwind, treat yourself, and get inspired. The project started in Venice, followed by Milan, Turin, Bologna. It will continue with an extensive and capillary expansion in the Italian territory.
