Melissa Healey

Melissa Healey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Melissa began their career as a Child Welfare Specialist at The Department of Human Services in 2011. Melissa then worked at Paycom from 2012 to 2015 as a Senior Paycom Specialist. In 2015, they joined The Sooner Theatre as a House Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the front of house and daily theatre operations. In 2016, Melissa briefly owned and operated their own business, Affordable Movers. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Oseberg as a People Operations Manager, overseeing all office and people-related operations. There, they handled payroll, benefits administration, executive assistance, event planning, and implemented various company policies. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Director of People Operations at ComboCurve, Inc. since March 2022.

Melissa Healey attended The University of Oklahoma from 2006 to 2010. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with an Emphasis in Social Work and Drama-Stage Management.
