Benoit KEIRLE

Benoit Keirle has a strong background in product management and digital transformation. Benoit started their career at Nicolas as a Responsible Point of Sale before moving on to Levy Restaurants as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2012, they joined Compass Group as a Project Manager before transitioning to the role of Lean Project Manager. Benoit then joined Compass Group France as a Project Lean Management Manager, where they were responsible for implementing Lean Management initiatives.

In 2017, Benoit became a Digital Product Manager at Compass Group, where they played a key role in defining and overseeing the company's digital strategy and vision. Benoit managed a team of Agile professionals and led the development and deployment of various digital products, including a smart payment system called the Borne Express. Their efforts resulted in a significant increase in revenue and profitability for the company.

Benoit's next role was as the Chief Product Officer at Squadeasy, where they focused on leveraging sustainable development regulations and social expectations to engage employees and reduce the company's carbon footprint. Benoit successfully created and led a product team, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Benoit also collaborated with stakeholders to establish a go-to-market strategy and measure performance.

Benoit KEIRLE has a diverse education history.
