CTO at Combo

Raphaël Antonmattei has a diverse and extensive work experience. Raphaël currently holds the role of CTO at Combo (ex-Snapshift), where they focus on simplifying human resources management for staff, from planning to payroll. Prior to this, they served as CTO at PathMotion, where they played a crucial role in setting the technical vision and direction, hiring key team members, and overseeing the development and launch of a new Chatbot product. Raphaël also contributed to the successful exit of PathMotion through due diligence and screening calls.

Before their time at PathMotion, Raphaël was the Vice President of Engineering, where they built the Tech/Product team from the ground up and led the cloud migration project from OnPrem to Google Cloud Platform. Notably, they played a significant role in the Series A fundraise.

Earlier in their career, Raphaël worked as a Lead Software Engineer at The Orchard, a Senior Software Engineer - Professional Services at Kaltura, and as the Manager of Software Development at GuidePoint Global. At GuidePoint Global, they were responsible for the architecture and design of their business platform and contributed to the recruitment effort for the growing IT team.

Raphaël's career started as a Software Engineer (Consultant) at Steria and as a Web Developer/Admin at Certification SE (IT Engineering). Raphaël also worked as a Web Developer at Edit Press, where they participated in the development of a Java-based CRM/CMS system.
